Roth Construction is a state licensed and family owned residential contracting company that has been building for nearly two decades. We are based in the central Florida area, and cover the entire state.

We specialize in your construction needs from cost effective design for new homes, elevated stilt homes in flood areas as well as water front projects including assisting with your local government to help you understand the requirements that each area may have.

We have built several projects in "A" and "V" zones near or on the ocean and can help with cost effective design, geotechnical data, core samples, and height requirements for these challenging projects.
